2. Server Ownership

When you register a server on FiveTrack:

• You must be the legitimate owner or authorized administrator of the FiveM server
• You may only manage and edit servers that you have registered
• You cannot claim ownership of servers registered by other users
• You are responsible for all content associated with your server listing

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false or misleading information about servers
• Impersonate other users or server owners
• Submit fake reviews or manipulate ratings
• Use automated systems to interact with the platform
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or servers

4. Content Guidelines

All server listings and reviews must comply with our content guidelines. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms, including but not limited to: illegal content, hate speech, harassment, spam, or misleading information.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and remove your server listings if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your dashboard settings.

6. Disclaimer

FiveTrack is a listing platform and is not affiliated with FiveM, Rockstar Games, or Take-Two Interactive. We do not host any game servers. Server owners are solely responsible for their server content and compliance with FiveM terms.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
